If you pull the health bar of something not in war mode,
then go into war mode and double click the body and attack them,
a second health bar will pop up.

Two health bars for one creature or npc.

Haven't tried this on a player yet.

Interesting. I had some troubles with OSI's retarded targeting system that i think might be causing this. Im investigating what exactly is making this happen. Ill keep you posted.

It is from their "new targeting system".
If you double click an NPC their health bar would pop up and if you double click another it would replace the health bar with theirs

You could try force the client to have this disable and hide it from the options gump so they cant re enable it

I disabled my new targeting system and it no longer does this so I believe Prod is right.

Here is the more optimized settings for your client. Certain values such as circle of trans, music/sound volume can of course, be changed to your liking. This does fix the targeting/health bar issues.

I suggest using this version. To apply simply open UO.cfg and replace with the following. Also, make sure all your clients are closed first.
