These changes will be in effect tonight after server restart around 10pm EST.
  • Fixed a bug allowing players to smelt items not in their pack and away from an anvil & forge. Also, you must remain near an anvil and forge upon crafting, repairing or smelting.
  • Smith Hammers no longer require you to target a resource before menu access. Note that its best to keep all your Ingots in one stack in your backpack for best results.
  • There is a reported bug with housing, homes with more then 1 door are reported to not be compatable with the provided house key. However, there are other cases where it works as intended. If you should come into this problem please post it in the Bugs section of the forums.
  • Fixed a bug that would allow players to log out instantly when not in their own home or an Inn.
  • Decreased the night levels, nights will not be as dark.

Actually it was just that one house that was reported with picture. I don't think any of the others have that problem.
Or maybe it was a process particular bug,
Maybe I had one door open when renting it...
and the game thought to only give locking ability to one door..(just an example) *shrug*

Okay today I confirmed my suspicion that if you have a door open during the rental process, the key will not work on it.
