Put the guard on follow with Alt + LMB and press Play. He'll move you around in a circle while following and the anti-macro thing won't prevent you from gaining skill. I might be completely wrong on this but it seemed like poison wouldn't go past 39.9 %. Either way, I strongly advise starting with poison because I just couldn't get any gains off of any other spells.
