I dont want to check it because I got a really nice scroll, so Id rather add it to my book instead of burn it. But is there a skill check on scrolls? Skill check on scrolls was added in like 98 or something. In early pre-T2A there were no skill check on scrolls and scrolls also drained no mana. So during first publish (UO release) a noob with 0 magery could cast vortex if he had scroll.
